Bright colours may be the in-trend right now with sneakers but Triple Black will always be a popular choice amongst sneaker lovers.

The latest adidas silhouette to take on the popular colourway is the NMD R1 STLT, a recent spin-off of the popular NMD R1 model.

As the name suggests, the pair will come dressed in black including a fully coloured-on BOOST midsole.

No official details have been released just yet, but according to sources, the pair is expected to drop globally on March 31.

The hype over the NMD silhouette may have dwindled over the last year or so, but demand for the model is still high amongst casual wearers. With the debut for the Triple Black colourway for the STLT, we’re expecting this one to be a sure bet.

The Classic Converse Chuck Is Getting The Triple Black Treatment

The classic Converse Chuck 1970s is officially getting blacked-out.

Releasing in both Hi and Ox form, the completely black silhouette brings with it increased quality and comfort with its premium construction on both the canvas upper as well as the midsole.

Not all parts of the shoe have been murdered-out though, the only component you’ll find on the timeless classic that isn’t is the metallic silver lace loops. Which further accentuate the sleek silhouette of the sneaker.

Save the date – The Converse Chuck Taylor 1970s “Triple Black” is due to drop at select retailers in Asia on July 21.

adidas Has A “Triple Black” Version of the EQT 93/17 BOOST Lined Up

The adidas EQT 93/17 has been a wide success thus far, taking a beloved retro silhouette and incorporating the Three Stripes’ most popular technologies in BOOST and Primeknit.

As with most popular silhouettes, it would only be a matter of time before adidas introduces a Triple Black edition.

The upcoming “Triple Black” EQT 93/17 BOOST is expected to drop towards the end of the year, with Yeezy Mafia speculating a Black Friday drop in November.

Given their track record, we’re likely to believe them, but stay tuned for updates once an official confirmation is made.
