Pharrell Williams has posted a teaser image of his new sneaker silhouette with adidas. The singer-producer is famed for his NMD Human Race collaboration with the Three Stripes, as well as his very own signature model in the Tennis Hu.
The new silhouette looks set to debut at the 747 Warehouse in Los Angeles, where adidas will be holding a two-day event culminating the best of music, basketball and sneakers. The event is set to launch the Dame 4 BAPE, Futurecraft 4D and upcoming Y-3 models as well.
From the image, the new model appears to feature a full-on Primeknit upper with a sock-like collar, similar to Primeknit NMDs in the past. From the cut of the back of the midsole, it also appears that a full BOOST sole unit will be used here.
Alongside Pharrell’s caption which said “BYW”, speculators believe that the new silhouette will be called “BOOST You Wear”.

Somethings are just impossible to ignore, so when The ACE Family posted a video of their Christmas gifts, a pair of shoes stuck out like a sore thumb.
Amidst Austin McBroom’s collection of NMD Human Races and the Neighborhood x Invincible NMD R1 was a never-seen-before NMD colourway that donned BAPE’s iconic camo print and design.
More notably, the silhouette of the camo printed pair was that of the NMD Human Race, made in collaboration with Pharrell Williams.[caption id="attachment_11087" align="alignnone" width="1000"] Image: The ACE Family Youtube[/caption] [caption id="attachment_11084" align="alignnone" width="1000"] Image: The ACE Family Youtube[/caption]
Instagram user @kickitwitdd highlighted the pair on social media, stating that it could possibly be a Friends & Family exclusive or potentially a future release for 2018.
In the video, McBroom even states, “Some of these shoes are limited edition and aren’t even out yet, which makes me happy because I love having things nobody has yet.”

The hype surrounding the sneaker market is largely based on the restriction of supply, which inadvertently is the reason for the huge secondary market in the industry.
As it gets increasingly more difficult to cop a pair at retail due to the increasing demand, resellers thrive by being able to charge a premium for sneakers that are rare and hard to obtain.
With that, we explored two of the sneaker industry’s top reselling sites, StockX and GOAT, to find out what were the most expensive – and inadvertently, the most valuable – sneakers that were released in 2017 based on resale prices.
On StockX, we sourced the top 10 based on average resale value (at the time of writing), not including PEs and signed editions. GOAT, on the other hand, released its top 10 list of most valuable sneakers for the year during its interview on
