Jordan Brand’s collaboration with Maison Château Rouge on the Air Jordan 1 Mid is making its way to our shores on February 18, after its initial release late last year.
The Parisian lifestyle brand has been making waves in the scene, particularly thanks to its young designer, Youssouf Fofana.
Fofana has been using his platform to showcase the dynamism and richness of a contemporary African district in Paris, and this is especially the case on the Air Jordan 1 piece.
The pair stays true to Air Jordan 1 Mids before it, with intricate debossed patterns across the upper.
The combination of Cinnamon red, baby blue and off-white vanilla keeps the aesthetics busy yet calm.
The shoe will hit Nike.com in Singapore on Feb 18 at 10am.
As expected, there’ll be a range of Air Jordans included in the line-up as well as some Air Max favourites and a couple of Air Force 1s, including the collaborative efforts with Travis Scott, CLOT and Gore-Tex.
Widely popular colourways of the Air Jordan 1, such as the “Homage To Home”, will also make its way onto Nike.com in the coming days, so be sure to keep a lookout on the SNKRS Launch Calendar to be the first to know.
To whet your appetite, here are some top picks we’re looking forward to.
Air Jordan 1 “Homage To Home”
CLOT x Nike Air Force 1
Air Jordan 1 “Obsidian”
Air Jordan 1 Mid “Black/Metallic Silver”

GORE-TEX x Nike Air Force 1
As mentioned, these drops will be taking place between Nov 6 to Nov 16, so be sure to keep a lookout on Nike SNKRS to be the first to know on exact dates and timing.

Originally released in 1995, one of the most iconic pairs worn by Michael Jordan is making its way back onto the shelves.
While many associate Jordan’s reign with the Air Jordan 1, the Air Jordan 11 easily comes close having been the pair that MJ wore after returning to basketball post-retirement.
Although the term “grail” has been thrown around onto many silhouettes and sneakers these days, it’s no understatement in saying that the Air Jordan 11 “Concord” belongs amongst the grails of the world.
In fact, the re-release of the “Concord” has been racking up a lot of talk-abouts recently and may easily become of the hottest selling pairs of 2018.
This remastered version is an exact recreation of the pair first worn by MJ, equipped with the original patent leather cut and the number 45 on the heel, resembling MJ’s jersey number when he returned, as his number 23 jersey had been retired.
The pair drops in Singapore and Malaysia on December 8 on Nike.com at 12pm (local time).

Nike.com is celebrating its 2nd anniversary in Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Taiwan and Thailand and boy, are we in for a treat.
Sneakerheads will get to enjoy Anniversary Week in two ways: high heat drops and special discounts on the Anniversary Collection.
High Heat Drops
First up, the upcoming drops for this week. Starting from November 3, Nike.com will be releasing a string of special releases, consisting of both new releases and restocks.
Here are some of our favourite pairs that are dropping this week.
1) Air Jordan 1 Retro High “Not For Resale”
Sending a strong message to resellers, the upcoming Air Jordan 1 “Not For Resale” advocates the wearing of sneakers, not the selling of it. Blatant text such as “Not For Resale” and “Please Crease” around the shoe is a clear indication that these bad boys were made for beating.
Release date: November 7

2) PSG x Air Jordan 1 Retro High
Due to arrive in November worldwide, Nike.com’s Anniversary Week kicks off with a belter. To commemorate Paris Saint-Germain becoming the first football club to be outfitted by the Jordan brand, the PSG x Air Jordan 1 is a special one, particularly for football-loving sneakerheads.

3) Nike Air Presto Mid x ACRONYM
Easily one of the best-looking collaborations of the year, the ACRONYM-designed Nike Air Presto Mid is a sight to behold. Restocking in all three colourways, believe me when I say that second chances like these do not come easy.
Restock date: November 6
4) Air Jordan 1 Retro High “Court Purple” and “Pine Green”
Following their debut in September, the Air Jordan 1 Retro High in “Court Purple” and “Pine Green” are making a return for Anniversary Week, giving you a second chance to cop the pairs.
A highlight of both pairs, of course, is their coloured toe boxes, which gives them a pop of colour not normally afforded on the silhouette.
Restock date: November 4
Buy from: Nike.com
5) Humidity x Nike SB Dunk High
If you’re hoping to make a statement on your feet, look no further than the recently-released Humidity x Nike SB Dunk High. For the unacquainted, these bad boys are draped completely in rich gold leather with a removable red bow-tie to match.
Its aesthetics are inspired by the jazz culture of New Orleans, the home state of Humidity, which is evident in the use of purple velvet on the inside, a nod to the lining of instrument cases.
Restock date: November 4

Items under the Anniversary Collection include silhouettes like the Nike Cortez, Nike Air VaporMax Flyknit, Air Jordan 3 Retro, Nike Air Force 270 and so much more.
The collection isn’t only limited to sneakers, with fitness wear also included such as running tights, hoodies, football jerseys, and more.
Be sure to check out the Anniversary Collection and apply the “NIKE20” promo code at checkout!
With the Great Singapore Sale behind us, Nike.com in Singapore has chosen the perfect opportunity to remind sneaker and sports enthusiasts that it doesn’t need a sale event to dish out the discounts.
The Swoosh has just launched its latest sale for Singapore and unlike most instances where discounts would be on older models, “new styles” are the subject of price slashes this time around.
From sneakers to sportswear, Nike is giving up to 50% off to a whole host of products directly on site, no promo codes necessary.
You can browse the latest discounted items from their On Sale page, which includes highlights such as the multicoloured Nike Air VaporMax Flyknit, Air Jordan 1 “Gatorade Orange Peel” and Lakers jerseys.

The Air Jordan 11 Low in White/Emerald Rise, or more commonly known as “Easter”, has been confirmed for a release in Singapore and Malaysia.
The drop will take place on Saturday (March 31), a day before Easter Sunday, the same release date as the rest of the world.
The upcoming pair, which could easily be mistaken for the “Concord”, comes in a white upper with emerald green patent leather overlays that appear black from certain angles. Iridescent outsoles at the bottom provide an icy finish to the shoe.
To secure a pair, make sure you head over to Nike.com at 9am on March 31.
This Saturday sees the release of not one, but three big drops from Nike and the Jordan Brand.
There’ll be a bloodbath to add items to carts, and trade-offs will be made to prioritise which to cop and which to drop.
So to make your life as easy as possible, here are some ways you can secure your pair of Nike’s three big drops this weekend.
1) Nike Air Max 97/1 x Sean Wotherspoon
Arguably the most “hyped” pair amongst the three, the Air Max 97/1 x Sean Wotherspoon will also be the most limited in supply to cop. To get you started, you’d want to join as many online draws as possible, even the ones overseas. One of the most popular options is END Launches (Do note that submitting your payment details doesn’t mean you’ve secured the shoe; it’s still a ballot). Besides END, Sneakersnstuff also ships overseas, although at a higher shipping cost.
In Singapore, local retailer Limited Edt will be holding its own public ballot. To enter, customers are required to purchase a pair of Nike Air Max shoes to receive a ballot ticket. Read more on LE’s Facebook post here.
Alternatively, Nike.com in Singapore and Malaysia will also be dropping the shoes online on March 24 at 9am. This will be a race for the fastest fingers, so be sure you get up early and knock this one home.
2) Air Jordan 3 “Tinker”
The Air Jordan 3 “Tinker” has been one of the most talked about AJ3s in recent times, especially with Justin Timberlake rocking a version of the pair during his Super Bowl performance. Constructed based on early sketches by famous Jordan and Air Max designer Tinker Hatfield, the shoe is an embodiment of Nike’s approach in looking back to move forward.
Unfortunately, most international e-tailers like SNS are launching the shoe exclusively for their own regions, with the exception of END Launches, so give this one a go.
Of course, Nike.com will be releasing the shoe in Singapore and Malaysia as well, so do keep a look out for it at 9am on March 24.
3) Air Jordan 1 Retro High OG “Game Royal”
Following the highly-coveted Air Jordan 1 High “Bred Toe”, the upcoming “Game Royal” colourway is expected to match in anticipation. The upcoming pair is an alternate colourway to the popular “Royal” edition, trading most of the black sections of the older version with blue instead.
If physical queues are your kinda thing, Limited Edt in Singapore will also be selling shoe on a first come first serve basis on Saturday at LE Hall of Fame (Vivo City) and LE Chamber (Marina Bay Sands).
