Streetwear label Anti Social Social Club has officially apologised for shipping delays following months of complaints by customers.
The brand, which is frequently referred to online as the Anti Shipping Shipping Club for its notoriously delayed shipments, has issued an official statement to acknowledge the widespread problem.
The statement comes as a response to an online petition which garnered over 5,000 signatures which urged the Federal Trade Commission in the US to take legal action against the brand.
A.S.S.C. also added in the statement that new systems have been implemented to prevent delays from happening again in the future.
In the statement, the label implied that the delays were attributed to a dramatic increase in demand.
“What was once a small project handled by a single person has now grown into a full company,” A.S.S.C. said in the statement.
