Eminem’s upcoming album is reported to be due next month, with news outlets reporting a possible November 17 release date.
While unconfirmed by Eminem’s camp, HITS Daily Double reported “very loud chatter” regarding the release date. The news comes days after Eminem’s hype man Mr. Porter took to Instagram Live to say that the album was finished.
This marks the Detroit rapper’s eight solo studio album and his first in four years after the release of The Marshall Mathers LP 2 in 2013. The new album is expected to contain collaborations with Dr. Dre and 2 Chainz.
If the reports turn out to be true, November is set to be an eventful month for music, with Sam Smith and Taylor Swift’s new album set to drop on November 3 and 17 respectively.
