adidas and Parley For The Oceans are back at it again in their efforts to create environmentally-sustainable methods of making sneakers from plastic waste.
While the adidas UltraBOOST has been the go-to silhouette for the pair’s collaborations in the past, it appears that an adidas x Parley adiZero Prime BOOST is on-track for an August release.
The sneaker features a blue tonal Primeknit upper, 95 per cent of which is made up from recycled ocean plastic materials.
No word yet on a local release, but the shoe is slated for a drop on August 8 in the US for US$200.
