We’re still a couple hours away before Google’s big event to introduce their upcoming Pixel smartphone, but with a string of leaks from different carriers and retailers around the world, the Pixel is no longer Google’s best kept secret.
The biggest of these leaks came from Carphone Warehouse, a UK electronics retailer, which published images of full specifications and features of the Pixel and Pixel XL.
According to the images, the Pixel an Pixel XL will be 5 inches and 5.5 inches respectively, with almost identical design. Both will feature a 2.15GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 821 processor, 4GB memory and either 32 GB or 128GB of storage.
The phones have a striking resemblance to Apple’s iPhone 6 and 6S, with a metal back-casing and a white antennae strip at the back.
Unlike the iPhone however, the Pixel series will continue the trend from the Nexus line which has fingerprint scanners at the back of the phone, rather than the front.
Despite the leak, there is still no word on pricing.
